The Metering and Monitoring Planning (MMP) initiative presents an opportunity for businesses to identify gaps in their metering systems and explore measures to rectify them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each service provider will receive up to $15,000 per metering and monitoring plan depending on the amount of your facility\u2019s annual spend on non-transport energy.&nbsp;Expressions of interest will close once the $1.5 million budget for this initiative is exhausted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-is-this-for\">Who is this for? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative is for NSW businesses in the manufacturing or industrial or commercial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You can apply if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have an Australian business number (ABN) and be registered for goods and services tax (GST)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are a business in a manufacturing, industrial or commercial sector if you have a complex energy system that requires a comprehensive metering plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are a site or facility located in NSW<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spend more than $200,000 on energy annually per site, including all purchased fuels, except fuel for transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have a clear and justifiable objective for developing a metering and monitoring plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have a complex energy system in terms of the number of processes, distribution systems, energy types and\/or end uses involved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have no metering and monitoring plan completed under this program for another site\/facility of yours that has a similar energy system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If a metering and monitoring plan is for a commercial building:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>only the base building is eligible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the occupancy certificate must have been issued prior to 1 January 2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-related-grant\">Related Grant:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/northmoregordon.com\/grants-and-programs\/metering-plan-implementation-grants-round-1\/\">Metering Implementation Plan Grant Round 1<\/a> to apply. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":27574,"template":"","grant-status":[227],"grant-location":[230],"state":[],"grant-type":[263],"class_list":["post-27572","grants","type-grants","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","grant-status-open","grant-location-australia","grant-type-grants-and-program"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v21.3 (Yoast SEO v25.5) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Metering and Monitoring Planning (NSW) - Northmore Gordon<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"The Metering and Monitoring Planning (MMP) initiative presents an opportunity for businesses to identify gaps in their metering systems and explore measures to rectify them.
